• Once you have found the products you want to purchase, you need to contact NovaTrees to place an order. You can reach us by sending an email specifying the item number and quantity.
• We kindly ask you to provide your contact information, as well as various details about yourself/company (VAT number) and address. If goods are desired to be delivered to another address, please provide this address as well.
• Afterwards, NovaTrees will send you an order confirmation.
• Once you have confirmed your order confirmation via email, your items will be dispatched/shipped.
